Making this the Christmas for keyboards, as I got an Alesis MIDI controller keyboard (the piano kind) from my parents.

Yeah, I almost picked it up, but opted for a wireless natural keyboard instead. After spending 5 years on them I can't use a flat keyboard anymore.

I used ergonomic keyboards for a really long time... but the one I had here at work died, and I've been using a standard Dell ever since... and mine at home died and so I replaced it with a pseudo-ergonomic Logitech Wave. I figure I should be able to get used to this one relatively easily.

I've thought about buying one of those a few different times... I'm just not sure how much I'd actually like it.

I can't play without mine. Blue is my hunter, yellow my rouge. Top row of keys is my set-up (HM, Pet Attack, Silence Shot), next row down is my rotation and third is my "oh shit" row (Freeze traps, FD, MD).

The thumb stick makes strafing WAAAAYYYY easier than a mouse or the arrow keys. The button to the left of the stick is my jump and the button under it is my Disengage.

Two VERY enthusiastic thumbs up. :D

I think you made a great choice..

Thing with these items is no company puts all the options in one item.. So no Keyboard will generally have everything included in it because they have to charge so much for it that no one is really willing to pay for all the features.

I like the lighted keys... :thumbup

I guess since I've been using WASD for so damn long, it'd take a lot for me to get used to it... plus I'm a hybrid hotkey/clicker (and very effective at it actually). I just realized that the damn thing costs more than the keyboard I just bought though :24: It'd probably be pretty sweet once I got used to it though.

Once I log into the game the only time I touch my actual keyboard is gchat and PSTs. Everything else is off the pad. I tried the WASD when I first started playing but it drove me nuts so I forced myself to learn to run with the mouse. The pad puts all my actions on my left hand, leaving my right free to navigate around the terrain. :)

I have a G13 gaming pad and it is AWESOME!

i do some work and some fartnig around with mutimedia applications so the idea of having a gaming keyboard while cool, would not really serve me a purpose...

with the G13 I can keep my gaming keybinds, macros and tons of other scripts and profiles in it wihtout having to sacrifice anything on my regular keyboard :P

I just wish they made one for the left hand instead of the right side.
