how bad is an automatic for drag racing?

very good if you have some kind os power adder "turbo, supercharger"
that way you can jus keep ya foot in the gas an not lose any boost. :banana

yea, and accurate shifts all the time. plus you can fine tune shift points with a tuner and be een cleaner. i just floor it and let off ever so slightly to catch the next gear. BTW i have an auto
