As it should be if you are in the immoral Abrahamic cults. Your separation is not real. Bush with stem cell research and his Iraq was for God should tell you how wrong you are. Regards DL

Are you so incredibly ignorant as to not know Bush wasn't a member of any clergy?
The separation is real and the invasion of Iraq was for the control of oil and elimination of Sadat.
Bush refused to allow the Billy Graham Foundation entrance into Iraq so as to not upset the Islamic faithful with attempts of religious conversion.
And stem cell research is definitely a moral issue that's difficult to address because of potential abuse.

It is you that's immoral for your constant and intentional twisting of facts to promote your own fundamentalist religion.

They are not. That's the point.
Christians are not pushing their religious laws and areplacing some other laws above God’s and to me, that is breaking the firstcommandment.

DL

There's nothing in the Ten Commandments about stoning anyone.

We have no religious laws that support stoning{christian}
And again...Christians are to obey the law of the land ...there are no Christian *laws*.
I have explained this to you in every post....what the fuck is so hard to understand?

Indeed.
It comes from Christ....."Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and unto God the things that are God's"

Of course, GIA knows this as he's studied the Christian Bible diligently in his attempts to destroy it.

Indeed. As they try to subvert it as with gay marriage.

They are quite the fervent Christians when they think thelaws of man are more important to follow that the laws of their God.

DL

Just curious, what is the gnostic view on gay marriage and has it influenced your life?

So simple that God has broken a number of them himself.
We can discuss them though if you do not distort them likeyou did on the first while crying that I do.

"Only one god..do not worship another".

That does not say only one God. If it did then we obviouslycould not worship another.

Tell us; what does an all-powerful God need with worshipfrom creatures who are supposed to be infinitely less than God?

Do you want ants to worship you, would be a good analogy.

DL

That's rich coming from a guy that claimed at this forum, to have god-like status and demands we not challenge him.
You'll never be accepted as a god, GIA. Never.

Doesn't that just burn your heinie :D

Your 'laws' include the poisoning of children through legalized drug addiction by prescription for ------>recreation. You even posted a thread at this site condoning it.
But go ahead and explain your other 'laws' you'd like to inflict upon humanity.

I believe there are others as well ...IMO he just posts and run...If you notice here some force him to defend his position which is what debate is all about.
He is trying to using a forum as a blog rather than debate.

Agreed.
And intellectually dishonest at it.
Starts lots of debates based on distortions with out ever presenting is own religious position.
I've asked him several times about the relevance of 'sex magic' in gnosticism and all I ever got was silence.

Gets pretty creepy at times.

Well, let's see if we can get past your distortion of thefirst commandment shall we?
Go get a quote of whichever version you like and we canperhaps read it the same way.
If we cannot even do that then there is no point to tryingto discuss anything. Right?

As to you and Christians breaking the first commandment, tell us, what do you follow when you follow your God?

His person or his laws?

His laws. Right?

If you put man’s laws above God’s laws, are you not puttinganother God/Laws above your God and is that not breaking the first commandment?

If not, don’t just deny. That is childish. Give an argumentagainst what I said showing where the logic is wrong.

DL

You are merely working on the gnostic premise you've presented before, that mankind are gods.
As that's a fallacy, anything that follows is built on fallacy and subject to being fallacious as well.

In other words, your logic is bullshit.

Last chance my friend.

What does the first commandment mean to you?

To follow some entity called God or to follow his laws orsomething else?

Regards
DL

What version of the Christian Bible are you referring to?

Commonly it's
"You shall have no other gods before me. "

This seems simple to me.....there is to be no acceptance of claims to the contrary.

No doubt this pisses you off as you claim as a gnostic to be god-like with the ability to rise to god status.
Christianity, and no doubt Islam at the same time, denies you this claim.

I wanted your version and asked the question you refuse to answer to avoid B S discussions of the nomenclature, but I am pleased to offer this as you refuse to work from the high ground I offered. You may begin at the bottom of the page if you are pressed for time.

Christians do not follow Adonai. Regards
DL

All you did was replace the English name 'God' for the Hebrew version 'Adonai'

From the link:
The Greatest Commandment
........
In the early Temple period, the Ten Commandments were recited immediately before the Shema as part of the seder (order) of worship, and this seems to be right, since the Shema encapsulates all of commandments to be the duty to love.

Jesus agreed, and likewise stated that the requirements of God's Torah is found in the practice of love:

And one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question to test him. "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?" And he said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment.

GIA, have you no shame for the lies you present to all the forums you troll?

You link essentially agrees with my post number 25...of which you did not dispute.
So fucking again show me how obeying the law is violating the first commandment....be a fucking man and show what laws people obey are making them violate the first commandment.
It is your fucking claim that people are violating the first commandment
Thus for you to make this claim..you must know the first commandment....fucking post it.
You claim that obeying the laws of the land is violating the first commandment...thus you must have some laws that people obey that have them in violation of the first commandment.....Fucking post em......Is that simple enough for you?
Three fucking pages and you keep dodging this issue.
THIS IS NOT A BLOG....IT IS A DEBATE FORUM.

So fucking again show me how obeying the law is violating the first commandment
GIA can't.
He lies and won't back down because it disrupts his claims of having god-like status and of being a future god.
He's pissed that Christianity and Islam will never kneel to his demands.

It appears as if GIA as went MIA.
Creating a religious bashing thread while failing to support it.
I expect another soon.
