Multitasking can save time but reduce focus. Some thrive, others struggle. Do you multitask effectively, or prefer single-task focus? What techniques help you juggle multiple responsibilities?

Some people perform well under extreme pressure, for these people multitasking can be good.

Multitasking can be helpful for simple, routine tasks, but I find it harmful when focus is needed. It often reduces productivity, increases mistakes, and causes stress. Personally, I get better results when I focus on one task at a time.

I really struggle to have divided attention. When I am trying to multi task, chances are that I would not achieve anything tangible in any of the tasks. I prefer to focus on one thing, and complete it than pack many things and try to distract myself with them.

Its helpful as it allows individuals to complete multiple tasks concurrently, potentially shortening the overall time to completion

Research points that multitasking is harmful, however, whether it is harmful or helpful depends on how people are programmed to do certain things.

I believe human brain has the capacity to do more than one thing at once, so multitasking might not really be that harmful. People with multiple jobs and streams of income definitely have to keep multitasking, and I don't think that affects their mental health.

I totally agree, we are capable of doing more than what we are doing now. Human brain has a capacity of doing a lot of things
