MREs

OK, so I just finished eating a beef enchilada MRE with a pack of roasted peanuts on the side. It was great.

If you've eaten MREs before, what are your favorites? If it sounds good enough, I'm going to scour the NCO's house nextdoor for more food.

I'm also a fan of the chicken and noodles (kinda like chicken noodle soup, but not as soupy and with other stuff in it)

I like the spagetti, chili mac, and the PB and cocoa mix are awsome...I used to eat them all the time when I was in the Army....

I always liked the potatoes au' gratin... I'm sure thats not spelled right but fuck it. I'm supposed to be some backwoods redneck anyway.
Also I liked the chicken and dumplings ones. They were alright.
JUST STAY AWAY FROM THE PEANUT BUTTER!!!!!!!!

I liked most of them.

I liked all the pasta dishes and the stews. Pretty much everything needed an entire bottle of tabasco, and a quarter pack of salt. After that.... tasty tasty. :banana

I have never ate the ones that came in the can, I always had the ones in the pouches...I used to eat the instant coffee when I had to pull Fire Guard...that will keep you up for 24 hours...

I did what I had to do to stay alert during Fire Guard...someone had to make sure there were no sneaking to the opposite sex's barracks....I know..I know..I am one to talk...I should be ashamed...but I am not...Can I help it if a few girls wanted to help me clean my....umm...gun?
