Mouthwash Or Toothpaste

I brush with Crest Multi Care Extra Whitening Toothpaste, (including my tongue), then rinse with Crest 3D Whitening in the AM and again in the PM. When I floss, I use Listerine right after..... usually one to two times per day.

As you all know.... If you're not whitening... you're yellowing.

LMFAO Silly men!!! I don't have that issue...no gagging w/ the tongue scraper. :dunno

I've had things much larger than a tongue scraper in my mouth.... and rarely have gagged. Just sayin'..... :ninja

The flavor of mint makes me nauseous. I brush my teeth with a minty toothpaste but I rinse like crazy afterwards. I can't do mouthwash. Ick. *shivers*
