OK, so I have become slightly obssessed with making photos black and white. :ninja

I love this picture. The colour version is currently my desktop background.

The black and white makes it look colder, which is strange. It also makes me think Silent Hill....

S'toon is also a nice place in the summer unlike most Canadian cities. S'toon has lots and lots of trees from what I remember.

B.C. is nice though. With any luck I'll be able to capture some " nice " tomorrow. It snowed this morning but it's gone. The weatherman tells me it's coming again tonight so if it does I'm getting my shitty little camera out and going for a drive to see what I can get.

Here it is 2:48 am and I just looked out the window. It snowed just a wee bit. Not even enough to stay on the trees. All is not lost though, the day isn't over and it's supposed to snow s'more.

I like it, though maybe a bit too much contrast for my liking. What did you all do to it? I think I prefer black and white over sepia. Still nice, though.

I converted the original to b/w and not monochrome (as most people tend to mistake)
