I hate the fact that faggotry is now being accepted like cancer or Lou Gerhig's disease.
It's all a part of the break down of the American family.
I'll never befriend a homosexual (lesbians are ok)

I feel sad for you, seems what would of been your best qualities slipped out and ran down the crack of your mothers ass. It's a shame...

I think it's bigotry like this that is breaking down America. In fact, I'm so APPALLED that you are okay with lesbians but not with gay men. really?

Why are gay men not okay in your eyes?

They don't find him attractive/sexy.

I would care. And I think alotta people who say they would'nt care, would care.

I have no problem whatsoever if my kids told me they were gay/bi. It's not a sickness, disease, condition or phase; and it's not evil. They aren't hurting anyone, they aren't forcing people to have the same feelings.

The only people making a fucking scene or hurting society are asshats like you and Burntblood. I suppose you feel like we would enslave African Americans again, kick women out of the work force and back in the kitchen, and start killing the Jewish population?

How the hell can you look in the mirror? You both disgust me.

I feel sorry for you. You're probably missing out on some great friendships through your prejudiced, narrow minded bigotry.

 They don't sound like they have any good values or friends... let alone be a decent friend.

Did a gay guy tell you that you were tacky or something? Because I can never understand how people can see homosexuality is an abomination. They always say that it will ruin marriage and everything, looking at the divorce rates it seems like straight people aren't helping it either. They say it's unnatural because a child needs a mother AND a father... That's why you have queens and metros and femmes and butch girls. lol But seriously, what about single parents?

I've known straight parents who were horrible at raising their kids and you see gay couples adopting and raising beautiful, successful children. More people need to adopt so this would only help. I know I plan on adopting at least one kid.

I would be absolutely fine with it.. I would be supportive. No one should ever have to be ashamed of who they are. That is ridiculous.
I just can't comprehend intolerance to such things.

Get over yourselves.
Some people don't like smokers or Pittsburgh fans.
Some people don't like Harley riders or lawyers.
I happen to not care for gays.
It's not like I'm going to bash them or deny them their civil rights.
We all have the right to like or dislike individuals for whatever reason we see fit.
If you want to hang out with gays, fine, I choose not to.
It's called freewill.

I would be as supportive as I could be. I have a couple of friends who are gay, so it would be rather hypocritical to not be supportive. Plus, you see parents supporting their kids when they have committed heinous crimes, so I don't understand how people won't support their kids who are gay, especially as their is nothing wrong with it.

I would certainly be supportive and understanding.

I will, however, disagree with those in this thread who say that the difference in gay or straight is nothing more than "who you choose to sleep with." If you think this, you must know very few gay people. Gay men in general are very different from straight men in many facets of their personalities. And even if your child doesn't fit that mold, they will have to be prepared for dealing with a very different culture of people. I would be sure to help prepare my child for THAT reality as well.

I would accept it, it's a normal thing these days anyway. Sure it might be unexpected, but it's your kid's choice, they can like whoever they wanna like.

I will admit, I would be suprised. However, it would not upset me. I would do my best to support them in any way I could, including protecting them from my crazy, over-conservative family.

How can anyone make being Gay sound like a choice..

With all the negative aspects to being "Gay" why would anyone growing up or even grown up even want to "Be Gay" or "Bi-Sexual" for all the hatred one would be up against in work and regular life..

Being "Gay" for one day would I think send a kid "straight"..

Yeah - it's pretty funny that only straight people EVER say that.
