Re: RE: Molestation

Yes a 13 year old is capable of Molestation, it is not an act that requires actual sex. Any touching, suggestion, visable act, any thing forced of sexual nature upon an unwilling and sometimes even a willing victim is Molestation.

Sadly it is usually a learned behavior, and more times then not a child that age that will molest younger children they find are often victims of molestation themselves.

They are only teaching what they themselves have learned, They often believe that by doing so makes what happened to them not as wrong, gives them the control they wish they had to prevent it from happening to them. Sometimes it is just an attempt to understand why it would be done to them, And worse, sometimes it is the act of a sociopathic child, and the beginning of behavior that will never be changed.

Yeah I know all that!
That's why I think maybe the 13 year old either is not very concious of what he is doing (or doesn't mean to hurt nobody at least) or that unluckily he was a victim himself... What a sad thing either way

Sorry, I misunderstood your question, The sad part is that yes the child Possibly was a victim himself, The sadder part is, that Yes he probably had every intention of inflicting pain, the same type of pain inflicted on him, yet worse made by anger.

And if you were to look at it that way, how sad bcse he himself is a victim, you have just given him the same excuse most ALL child molesters use, They themselves at some point were very likly Victims, age should not be an excuse, it is sad, yet it is still wrong.

Twenty years ago my 6 year old daughter was molested by the 12 year old son of friends of ours. He was babysitting her at the time. I went to our friends and told them what their son had done and the mom called social services. NOTHING happened to that boy - they sent him off to a shrink who said he was just "confused" about his sexuality and "experimenting". They gave him some sex education and sent him on his way. My husband forgave the boy and fell for the sob story. I never spoke to that family again. I wanted to tear him apart.

most of the sexual molestation can happen inside the home by family members, whether it's aunts, uncles, cousins or grandparents....most parents if something is happening, don't find out until the child actually speaks up. And that's a fact.

Didn't I read a statistic somewhere that stated that as many as 3 in 5 girls are sexually assaulted & 1 in 5 boys? There is an awful lot of this going on & it's not just a modern thing. It's probably been going on forever, it's just that now we have the statistics - before they were swept under a rug or just plain ignored.

... & most of the abusers are known to the families - uncles, fathers, grandfathers, neighbours, friends & babysitters. Rarely is it a stranger.

I am sure it is something that has been going on for years, but it was something that used to be kept behind closed doors, and family secrets, but with the growth of media development, among the growth of rights and laws, it is becoming what seems a bigger epidemic.

Sad, with the growth of the knowledge of it, it also becoming so common to hear, see or read about that society is becoming num to it, instead of it shocking people into reaction, people shake thier heads, say what a shame it is, comment how this or that person should be punished, then move on with their everyday life, never thinking about it again. ( those who are not affected directly) and the commanality and numbness of it all is also what keeps molesters and violaters from being properly punished.

The 3 in 5 girls and 1 in 5 boys are probably (and scarily) conservative estimates. Things like that go dramatically underreported, much like the rest of abuse (especially amongst males).

The child should be dragged into the street and shot in front of his parents. Then fuck up his face to he is not given the honor of an open casket burial. That's how society should deal with this twisted fuck. Sadly he'll be through with his sentence within the year guaranteed; back on the streets and your kids may be the next he finds.

At work last night, I got to experience how parents feel when their child is sexually molested. A 7yr old and 9 yr old brothers were sexually molsted by their 13 yr old neighbor boy. I dont think you want me to get in detail about what all was done to these poor kids, but, regardless how little or how much, would you not kill someone for doing that to your kid? If that happened to my child, I would so literally kill someone.

I would want to, but I don't think I would.

I think that if that was my kid I would kill them if they didn't call the police quick enough, I mean I'm 18 and if anyone of my friends was molestied I still probably kill that person if i got the chance, personaly you don't FUCK with anyone that I care about. Ex-girl friends or current ones I don't give a shit.

That is not necessarily true Chris, The child himself did not have to be molested to commit the act,

Yes there is a good chance that he may have been, But it is not always the case.

so many of you people seem to think you would be able to kill someone. even if they did that. it would be hard to actually hold a gun to someones headand pull the trigger. as soon as i thought about it (how you only get one chance and ur erasing a person from this existance) it would be so hard. the offender would be in for alifetime of pain and missery but not death. if aniting its the easy way out for people like that.

while its likely the child was molested himself... its not a pre-requesite....more than likely there was some kind of trauma, maybe emotional or psychological... but not necessarily physical
