At work last night, I got to experience how parents feel when their child is sexually molested. A 7yr old and 9 yr old brothers were sexually molsted by their 13 yr old neighbor boy. I dont think you want me to get in detail about what all was done to these poor kids, but, regardless how little or how much, would you not kill someone for doing that to your kid? If that happened to my child, I would so literally kill someone.

I don't have kids, but I'd be right beside my brother and brother in law ready to kick some ass if someone ever touches my nephews/nieces.

So they have to molest 3 kids before they are appropriatly punished. They should be fried the first time.

My oldest daughter, who is now 10, was being taught some inappropriate things by her older cousin. At the time this happened my daughter was 5 and her cousin was 13.......now this girl didn't physically do anything sexual to my daughter, but she did show her and talk to her about things that are completely inappropriate for a child that's 5 yrs old. I turned her in to children services in our area, which then got the local police involved, when it was my daughters turned to be go through counseling and questioning I had to take my mom with me to the police station, children services office, etc.....for fear that if I got my hands on this 13 yr old.......I would be the one in jail!!!!!!!!

Yes a 13 year old is capable of Molestation, it is not an act that requires actual sex. Any touching, suggestion, visable act, any thing forced of sexual nature upon an unwilling and sometimes even a willing victim is Molestation.

Sadly it is usually a learned behavior, and more times then not a child that age that will molest younger children they find are often victims of molestation themselves.

They are only teaching what they themselves have learned, They often believe that by doing so makes what happened to them not as wrong, gives them the control they wish they had to prevent it from happening to them. Sometimes it is just an attempt to understand why it would be done to them, And worse, sometimes it is the act of a sociopathic child, and the beginning of behavior that will never be changed.

That's why I think maybe the 13 year old either is not very concious of what he is doing (or doesn't mean to hurt nobody at least) or that unluckily he was a victim himself... What a sad thing either way
