p.s. I just heard LA is wondering how to pay for the Memorial???? Shouldn't it all come out of MJ's estate?

My Grandmother's memorial did... Granted it didn't cost millions, but it came out of her estate none the less.....

It probably should come out of the family's coffers. With the fiscal crisis California is in right now, it wouldn't be a good idea. I wonder if they payed for it with an I.O.U?
