Eating slowly and noticing flavors can improve digestion and awareness. Have you tried mindful eating? How does it change your relationship with food or help you enjoy meals more fully?

I am epicurean, so I like to explore taste and flavors. As long as it is tasty, I am interested in trying various foods. I am not very mindful of what I eat. But then I eat normal foods everyday.
