Bu tI find it hard to believe, we all cannot sit across a table as a collective group of nations, tell the UN to fuck off, re-establish communication with people that we have mis-understandings with, and leat of all agree- to dis-agree with other cultures. Have we not learned anything from all of the death and devestation?

Thats not how things work. Fanaticism won't go away just because you sit down for a nice chat. The divides are thousands of years old. Assuming you are talking about the various middle eastern groups.

Well one thing you and I agrre on, almost without fail is the dire need to radically change our involvement there. That is a start.

That and maybe actually inciting real change, rather than rape and plunder.
