hi.. I think you know that I 'm from turkey, middle-east for you. for us middle of the world. whatever what do you think about middle-east now???

what is your thoughts about Turkey and middle-east??

cause I think most of you have wrong ideas about Turkey..

I've been there. Marmaris. I loved it! Went white water rafting on the Dalman River. Hooked up with a hot ass Welsh girl there too! Most all the locals spoke really good English too. I liked it there a lot and would go back in a heartbeat.

I'm sure you liked Marmaris. Did you see Istanbul or did you hear anything about Istanbul, Izmir or ankara...??

I've heard of those places of course. Istanbul is the Capitol. Was once called Constanstinople (I think that's how it was spelled). I've also heard of those other two places, but don't know much about them.

I wonder what is your ideas about middle-esat and turkey?? Do you think that this contries are same? Or Iraq and Turkey same for you??

Nope. I don't think they are the same at all. Maybe it was just Marmaris, but the Turkish people seemed to be much more accomodating to and tolerant of Westerners.

Seems to me that you can't base an bad opinion on other people's ideas. You have to go and see a place, feel the place and not weigh everything on personal experience. To much of that this kind of judgement/believing of judgement. I certainly don't have a wrong idea because there isn't a right idea its all a matter of personal opinion.

yes u r right, that is a personal opinion but I want to learn media factor and public opinion about middle-east and müslims??? other case I believe most of u have neutral opinions about us. And maybe you never thought about it.

Well I think the film "Midnight Express" has given the place bad rep. I haven't been there myself so I wouldn't know what it's like though the situation in Cyprus between the Turks and the Greeks isn't very good. I know a lot of people over here in the UK are quite opposed to Turkey being allowed to join the EU. However, it's a very popular holiday destination for people here, so it can't be too bad.

ahh.. "midnight express" awful film for us. ı hate that film. The situation between us and Greeks is very old. But I dont care about old stories. ı love humanity. and ı have very nice friends who is from Greece.

And EU... my God.. its very big case in here Turkey. but most of Europe people dont want us?? ı dont know why? What did I do to them?? but I think its earlier to join Eu for Turkey. First the people have to understand each other.
But you wrote; a lot of people dont want us, do u know why??? Why do they hate us??
