Anyone else do this, or heard of it?

I won't post a link since I'm not sure if it's allowed but if you google the word microworker, the site comes up pretty sharpish :)

The idea is, people like advertising, and comments, and 'likes' and so on, on their webpages. So they pay for other people to come and give them good reviews, or give them traffic scores by sitting on their page for two minutes, or linking them on facebook. You sign up to one of these sites and there's just a huge list of jobs you can take on, and you can do as many as you're capable of.

Each job pays a tiny amount, most of the ones I've been doing pay $0.40 (I'm using dollars because the site works in dollars and I don't know the exchange rate!) so it's not like you could get rich doing this, but I worked out if I make a couple of bucks a day doing it, I could make $600-$700 a year extra :)

Just one of the things I'm doing in my quest for a little extra financial help! I've been trying to do online surveys but they're far more time-consuming. The only problem I've found is that the best paying jobs, some of them over a dollar for two minutes work, are for people to post a link on their blog - but your blog has to have a certain rating already and be popular (and you have to provide links as proof) so you couldn't just set up a blogspot account and have at it :(
