Wow, I can't believe that! But, things at MF have gotten crazy lately, and the only reason I go back is to talk to the people I like talking to. However, most of those people are starting to post here, so it's all good.

i would like to ask you a question, and since you everyone seems to ride professionalism, i will extend that courtesy , and in turnm, expect the same, although i have been to MF and i might be foolish asking of that, but anyway..

i dont know what you, veronica and joe, so for a living, but has it occured to either of you that running websites isnt just a hobby to waste time at night, but is actually their profession?

in her (Vs) defense, the point she was making was that in fact, she was not treated professionally in the first place. all the joking around here about it is just joking around in fun. perhaps a bit immature, but nothing to be taken seriously.

Has it ever occured to you that if you choose to take something such as that as your job, that you have to be able to work with people and have things such as courtesy and respect? Do you find it respectful when someone is removed of their position without notification, and then told it's because of her being the wife of someone else? You need to get a better case.

that may be the case, but im guessing you were all mustang forum members? ive only dealt with a few members there, but it seems like a flame site..and in all fairness, i dont think that the admin are the ones doing the flamming..lol

my point is not how the removing of V and joe was handled, but moreso why...lets say you sell lemonade and you have a regular customer who offers to help for free...after a while of helping, that friend takes your recipe and your customers, leaving you without business, and in effect, without a means of revenue on which to live. my point is that they were likely upset because its not just competition, it is someone doing a webpage as a hobby, and in turn threatening their livelihood.

I do know that Ralph does make a living off of the site. The thing is that he isnt doing the right things. I am not there to take members away from the site. I own this site (offtopicz) along with joe, and it isnt mustang related, so WHY is it a big deal for me? JOE has a mustang site that he just started and isnt even off the ground yet and thats the reason she demodded us.. DOES that sound fair... and in her opinion since I am associatted w/ joe, then I can t be a mod at that site???..

i understand that V, but in turn members are coming here, and being diverted to MM...which is your husbands site...her letting you stay and promote your sites would be like someone who owns an eatery allowing mcdonalds to set up shop in the lobby.

Well I haven't been around as long as alot of the other ppl have, but I can tell you one thing. It is WIDELY agreed that once amanda became admin the site went downhill. Lots of not so good changes. Sometimes lack of respect as described in my last post. I don't like it as much over there, because many of the members are douchebags who will argue just to argue.

BTW, no offense to you just tellin' you the story

right..and people who argue to argue are the people who make forums crappy...which is why i cant stand some forums...the problem is that nothing can be done without ralph's say so....because he owns the site...so basically she is thrown to the wolves (forum members) and made to be the bad guy...err..girl...when it is ralph that makes the calls.

Well if ppl leave MF to go to MM then they obviously like the other place better. That should make the MF owners take action to IMPROVE their site to keep the attention of users, rather than trying keep users from being exposed to outside sites that are better and more helpful. It's like a super-strict parent sheltering their children, or something like that.
