Meditation is widely used to quiet the mind and connect with higher self. What techniques have you found most effective? How long did it take before you noticed meaningful shifts in awareness?
Meditation has two purposes, one, you use it for relaxation, and two, you use it for awareness. I have tried multiple meditation methods and some of my favorite ones are Third Eye Meditation, Mantra Meditation, and Vipassana Meditation.
Meditation builds inner connection by helping you turn your focus inward, quieting external distractions and mental chatter. When you consistently practice, you become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, allowing you to understand yourself on a deeper level.
