I did not quote myself. Point me at the new McCain thread... I might have to make one.

Cindy McCain Bio at the Convention- Hey they left the word "married" out of the:
"She saw a handsome _______ Naval Aviator". What gives?
Ummm he was divorced when he met Cindy
This article states otherwise. I guess it could be wrong.
In 1979 – while still married to Carol – he met Cindy at a cocktail party in Hawaii. Over the next six months he pursued her, flying around the country to see her. Then he began to push to end his marriage.
And then there is this Veterans Dispatch story.
While still married to Carol, McCain began an adulterous relationship with Cindy. He married Cindy in May 1980 -- just a month after dumping Carol and securing a divorce. The newlyweds honeymooned in Hawaii.
People are people and I don't hold the Republican Party to a higher standard unless of course you (The Party) have gone completely overboard with "family values". Then it's worth mentioning.
So no, frankly I don't give a rats ass who he was sleeping with and when, bottom line he went on to having 7 kids and seemingly doing a good job with his second marriage...
Actually unless you're a preachy political party, I don't care either.
I mean frankly, religion shouldn't have anything to do with politics
I agree but after being hit over the head for the last 30 years with the religion sledge by the Party that injected religion into politics they deserve the push back they get. I'm not familiar with Obama's church or it's teachings but has he every said or written anything that is considered anti-American or racist? He does not come across nor act that way. People forget he is half white.
Just sayin', Obama doesn't use religion in any of his speeches, but he has repeatedly talked about how important his faith is. I just think when someone says that you might want to look into what that faith teaches.
Your seriously advocating that Obama is some kind of Trojan Horse?
Not at all, but I could never get behind anyone who claimed there was racial intolerance yet studied under a theology that uses racial intolerance as its foundation.
Frankly what scares me about Obama is that I cannot put my finger on what his game is.....But there is one.
And it's well documented that he basically has only pushed through legislation (and even this was a long time ago) that only helped the black community, quite frankly I just am not of the belief that his foundation isn't rife with racial undertones.
If that answers your question any..I keep getting stuck on that

People tune into that. He's got way to many white folk on his band wagon to be worried as race does not seem to be an issue with him IMO. (I said "him" as his attitude.)
I believe he did not support torture Peter
and I thought the bomb, bomb Iran while tasteless was funny as hell
You you not believe he voted no on a veto against waterboarding then?
