Panic attacks can feel overwhelming. Have you discovered personal grounding techniques that work for you like breathing, movement, or focusing on objects? What advice would you share with others experiencing them?

I don’t have experience myself, and I haven’t had friends or relatives who dealt with panic attacks, but I think focusing on slow breathing, noticing surroundings, or gentle movement could help. Staying calm and seeking support when needed seems important for managing such moments.

I don't know how would I react if I experienced panic attack but based on what I have heard from people I think your first focus should be to remain calm, and do not panic. This sounds contradictory, right?

I suffered from panic attacks when I has viral gastroenteritis. It was a really horrible experience for me. I had to be patient because doctors told me that the virus will go away on its own when immune system fights it. Sometimes you can't do much about what you are going through in life.
