no king snakes are not poisonous ,the red black and yellow is a coral snake they are poisonous.king snakes eat rattle snakes and that a good thing if you don't like rattle snakes. :D

I thought I posted this last night, guess I didn't submit it. here goes again.

When I was about 14, Me and my evil step Dad (Seminol Indian) were out surveying some property for developers. Oct. time frame which is mating season for alot of Creatures. That day we killed about 4 rattle snakes but the biggest one we killed was over 14 ft long. That snake was a Demon cause it chased me up to our pickup truck and I had to jump onto the pickup trucks roof because it had raised half of its body up and was coming over the tail gate. My evil step Dad (Jr. billy) grabbed the snakes tail and jerked it back off the truck. It turned on him and chased him back twoards the palmetto busches. We finally killed it with a long tree limb that was lying on the ground.

sorry but the biggest rattle snake is a eastern diamond back and they don't get any bigger then 10' :D and please don't kill any more you leave them alone and they will leave you alone , they don't chase people so i have to say your full of shit :D

I know it was an eastern diamond back. I grew up in the everglades of South fla. I am not embelishing, this fugger was long. He still has the Skin mounted on a cypress board in the garage of his house. :D

Coachwhips and blue racers will chase you. both are long and slender and fast as hell!!! Ive been chased a few times by both as a kid.
