A hard and hurting lesson to learn ( No pun to those other Christians/believers as I am not generalizing. It's based from my experience )
It's hard when one founded an expectation on a Christian friend to deliver the way one is expected a Christian person should act. I had always wondered IF I should just stick with my own kind. However, that wouldn't make any sense as I meet others despite that they are non believers -they have a better heart!!!.....Hence my amazement as they are much more forgiving, loving and compassionate. I guess as they always advise- don't look at the belief system of that person- it can be deceiving.....BUT look what's in his heart. I guess that's where I was fooled.....:willy_nilly:
Now, its a harder TRUTH to accept the mere fact that a Christian friend whom I've held respect and hopes up to stick to his beliefs in upholding Christian way of life turns out to be NOT as I expected him to be....BUT instead living within the conforms of this world
Love eeettttt when we look at other creatures ( we seldom pay attention to ) and we learn something valuable. Wisdom comes from many unexpected sources......juz like this from porcupines
The best relationship is not the one that brings together perfect people, but the one that forms when individuals learn to live with the imperfections and admire the good qualities of others"
