heard about it havent watched it. Saw commercials on BBC America for the original.

Definately watch the British series, the ending recently in a poll over here got voted the best tv ending ever. :nod:

Reminds me a bit of Journeyman - really pissed me of when they took it off after the first season :willy_nilly:

Yes, very well written, the cast was great. I guess it was too cerebral for the marching morons, so it didn't get the ratings. I hope Life On Mars doesn't end up the same

I suspect Life on Mars will also go into wasteland

As a side note I was a huge Bowie fan. Life on Mars was one of his best early songs

I love the sets too. I only wish Sam was driving a 70 Chevelle instead of a 72/73.
