My mum's obese according to that. The problem is she's quite short, not that fat really, certainly not obese in real terms.

The best way to test it is to see how much junk food you can eat without having a heart attack.

Fun fact : Bryan Alvarez (guy in my avatar) eats a lot of junk food, never gains weight as he throws it all back up in disgust when watching TNA iMPACT.

the BMI is an absolute crock of shit.

It doesn't take muscle vs fat ratio into consideration.

The English rugby team, for example, are totally obese according to the BMI.

They don't look obese to me:

This does not work the best
if someone have bigger hips or not very small waist can easy put them as over weight
even if you are on the normal weight ..
