I cannot stand working with the public! Some people dont think before they open their mouths and say stupid shit! Can you tell Im not in a very good mood? I had to work 13 hrs with the stupid public last night.
What gets me is if you go to the dr, you are expected to pay right? When we try to collect peoples copays in the ER, more than half of them say "Oh, I didnt know you were suppose to pay, or well I dont have the $ thats why I came here" WTF people! You think that WE just volunteer our own time to work up here so you can have free service!???!
