Oh yes... yes he did.

I could tell he was the new guy when I was on the phone. I ordered some dinner and told him three times to substitute mozzerella with cheddar, and he even said he wrote it down. Then he told me 35-40 minutes before I get my order, but it came in 15 minutes... for that I was happy, but then I opened my pizza box and there was freakin CHEDDAR all over my BBQ chicken pizza, instead of the mozzerella I had asked for.

*sigh* He's new, I'll cut him some slack, but if he ever picks up when I call I'll ask for someone else.
