So, anybody like them? Fuck World Trade is a pretty great album.
In case you ain't know 'em, here's what Wikipedia says:
Leftöver Crack spans several different music genres including ska, hardcore punk, crust punk, classical music and death metal. Leftover Crack state they write music that is anti-sexist, anti-homophobic, anti-religion, anti-racist, anti-police, anti-fascism, anti-imperialism, anti-capitalism and anti-government. Members of Leftöver Crack reside in the C-Squat on 155 Avenue C in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, New York City, a punk house.
So here's a story I found funny but might just be lame to everyone else. Once I was in the CD store with my mommy and she was looking around and she saw a name of a band and she goes, "Some of these band names are weird..." and I go "Like what?" and she goes "Like, Leftover Crack."
They do have an interesting band name and I went on to tell her that, even though it makes them sound like a "bad" band, they are very anti-oppression, of whatever form.
