mowing the lawn is great therapy...plus I just love the smell of a freshly cut lawn and how good it looks after I'm done mowing it lol...in addition to that, a good way that I use to relieve stress...and have a chance to think things through...is go on extened walks...I'll put the headphones on my CD player...and just walk and walk and walk...for like 2 hours straight if not more...through parks, my neighborhood...wherever...and cause I'm pissed off, I'm running on the adrenaline of that and I'm feeling no pain as my big ass size 15 feet are pounding the pavement hahaha...if somehow I cannot do that, I'll sleep it off...a cheap inexpensive and harmless way to escape for awhile...and refresh my batteries so I can have a clearer head when I'll need it to tackle the problem

That is what I call it when my day gets the best of me and I just get on the mower and cut my 1.5 acres and about 1/2 acre next door. Do you do anything monotenous to relieve stress?

Sounds familiar. I like to put on the headphones and ride the lawnmower too. I bought a pressure washer too, so I have been giving it a workout.
