Yesterday afternoon I decided to get outside for a little while. I have several huge pine trees at the edge of my property. Because I never paid attention I did not realize they were covered in vines. For close to a year I have been cutting off the vines near the ground and when I was so inclined I would try to pull the vines from the trees. I was pulling on one yesterday afternoon which was over an inch in diameter. I am not a young man but I am fairly strong and was leaning hard pulling as hard as I could when the vine snapped about 8 feet above my hands. Gravity was doing what gravity always does and I went sprawling across the yard. I just laughed at myself since there was not much else I could do.:24:
