For me personally the best late night snack has got to be crisps, especially Doritos. I could eat a whole bag really and feel absolutely ashamed and sick the next day. The guilt of course would only be because of the realization that I pigged out and the consequences are not going to be favorable to my weight at all! Otherwise I do love Doritos.
My choice of late night snack is cereal with semi skimmed milk. There're times though when I say sod this, I'm having something naughty like chocolate or something down and dirty and greasy, like pizza or some spicy chicken wings from a pizza place. I'm starting to salivate just thinking about all this food LOL
The best late night snack for me will always be nachos. They are crispy and crunchy. When I was pregnant, this was always my go to snack. I have kept the tradition going. My family is always on board when I always say "want some nachos?" They are soo good!
My favorite late night snack is an apple or banana. What's funny is that it never used to be. I used to prefer chips, cookies or left overs as a late snack but when I got pregnant with my son I began to crave apples and bananas. My son will be turning a year old next month and I still wake up in the middle of the night craving an apple or banana.
For me my favorite late night snack is fruit. I like mangoes, oranges, apples, and so on, I like almost all fruits. Yes, late at night I don't like to eat foods that contain high carbohydrates, because I'm worried it will make me overweight. LOL
I typically have wheat bread with peanut butter, popcorn, or chips for late-night munchies. I'd get some pizza, fries, or a hamburger if I had the money.
