The rent + parking at my apartment is twice as much as it was in Philadelphia... it's quite stupid. I really need to work on finding a sugar daddy.

I know the plain vanilla bean one is caffeine-free, after trying to use it as a wake-up during exams and wondering why I was still so tired, haha... That's why I usually just get an iced latte, and if I want more flavor I ask for a pump of a syrup.

I hate to think how much more your rent is compared to my mortgage on a 4 br 2 bath house with a huge lot and 2 car garage..

The funny thing is that in a lot of parts of Boston, you actually pay more to rent than it would cost to own. Rental rates get jacked up because there is a way higher demand for them than owning. And parking? Hell, I've seen deeds to parking spots sell for $50K+ in popular areas. Having a spot in a garage adds $185 to my living expenses each month.
