It's definitely the worst film that I have ever seen. I really need to stop watching horrific movies upon being dared to view them. I mean I watched both the human centipedes to see what all the commotion was about (to clarify, I normally don't watch horror movies, as I find them to be quite stupid. But on occasion I watch the extreme ones out of curiosity.) and neither of them or anything even close to what Serbian Film is. No one told me what Serbian film was about either, just that it was really bad... things cannot be unseen. But yeah don't watch it.
