I love the visuals, and other sequences in Fear and Loathing, but Johnny Depp is too much.

I don't like any of those Thompson or Kerouac novels, or their respective films. Aside from it being soley about rich people going around having a better time than you, they're just plain boring unless you're a crackhead and have a vested interest in crack.
