Transformers: Dark Of The Moon (3D)

Let me get the bad out of the way. It wasn't worth it in 3D over normal to be honest. Sofa seats at the back were good though. Plus, there were moments where the 3D didn't quite work. A few scenes where there was visible 'ghosting' of things that should have come out 3D I guess but didn't.

The good. More enjoyable transformers action. Comedic moments were there aplenty too in order to show that the series doesn't take itself too seriously (e.g. the comedy duo, the chubber autobot).

The sad:

When Ironhide bit the bulllet.... Plus, it was sad to see the apparent end (as anything can happen I guess) of Megatron. He is still my favourite bad guy in the series even if here he was a shadow of himself.

I'd forgotten the excellent performances by Duke and Bandcroft. Duke won AAward for best supporting actress at age 16 for this film.

Last film I watched was The Hurt Locker, it's alright. Not worth a best picture oscar though, the sniper scene is class though.
