I learned a lot of ASL when I was in middle school...we used it the following year when we took Latin to help our friends cheat on the tests. *smiles*
I do, however, have two little cousins-in-law who are deaf...and they love it that I know what they're saying. They think it's our own secret language...and in a lot of ways...it is.
