oh shush

It would not be feasible

You'd just be self conscious is all. Admit it. ;)

I just asked my hubby what he used to use when he would get dirt, grease and grime under his nails. He said dishsoap. Use the dishsoap on your hands BEFORE you get them wet. Scrub your fingers into your palms. Let it work a few minutes. Then soak your hands in the hot dishsoapy water for a bit and wah lah! The dishsoap will dissolve the grease.

I take that this means yes then. :D

Did you read the other part?

I have always been self conscious. Not just the nails but everything.

As to the gloves though you would be wrong. I stopped biting my nails the first time 20+ years ago by wearing gloves. I did not give a shit about what people thought when I decided to stop biting them as far as wearing the gloves.

I repeat..... I am a dirt magnet. My job is such that while I am at a desk most of the time I still get doing dirty things and wearing glove is NOT going to be a solution.

Get back to the topic. This is not about preventing getting nails dirty but cleaning them up ;)

Ribit

Bitch :D

I think the more appropriate question is if YOU are drinking :D

Seeing how it is a Saturday nite I think I know the answer :D

i, like zirc, have dirt under my fingernails all the time

i'm like a kid that always has sticky hands, only it's always a dirty face and fingernails...yeah I'm a real lady

anyways - i use a credit card a lot to clean under my nails...or a papercilp

but they are way easier to clean after you have washed your hands or taken a shower and your skin and nails are a bit soft.

and yeah - what hotty said - lemon juice.

I always am getting my nails dirty

I bit my nails all my life so never gave a damn but now that I quit it would be nice that they did not look disgusting

Is there an easy way other than to try and scrap to clean out underneath? Such as a quick soak in something???
