1.) Yeah, but this sanction would cost alot of money. Ans say someone poured every last dime they had into getting a house built. Do they have to take al oan from the bank to pay for a governemnt controlled policy? Casue tax dollars can't legitimately pay for EVERYTHING that you wanna do.
2.) I know the drinknig age is ridiculous, I've stated that before. But why 19? If you're an adult at 18, why alcohol when you're 19. Candas the only place I know of that des that which is why I asked that.
