1.) Yeah, but this sanction would cost alot of money. Ans say someone poured every last dime they had into getting a house built. Do they have to take al oan from the bank to pay for a governemnt controlled policy? Casue tax dollars can't legitimately pay for EVERYTHING that you wanna do.
