Apparently in the US if you buy it, you have to agree to user's terms before you can activate it and of of the terms is you are allowing Microsoft and the US Government access to any image this thing captivates. And they can also use these images if they ever want to.
That's what some friends are telling me - and that's why they and a lot of people aren't getting it.

I checked with daughters BF (the connect is his) he didnt sign a thing.
It is a lot better then what the PS3 did. What they did is just a Wii copy.

You know with Kinect when they first started it and it was known as Natal they had a really cool project going on. You could hold up a piece of paper to the camera and the game character could receive it.
It was sadly scrapped awhile back.

I LOVE it..but I am quite sore today. There is NO hand controller at ALL. Daughters BF said there will be some games they will bring out a controller for...namely car ones etc.
They have a Zumba fit one we're going to get...cant wait to try that.:nod:
