I would not have one. The cups are expensive and it is not a big deal to make a part of a pot. On the same thinking, I have 2 fancy digital auto brew type coffemakers in their boxes in the basement. The second was a replacement the company sent after the first one screwed up. I fixed it but got pissed off and had already went and bought the cheapest, simplest plain Mr.Coffee they make. Making coffee should not involve more than putting in the coffee and water and turning on the switch.

No filter, no mess, yes the little cups can seem expensive if you don't consider buying coffee filters and such..

But man having coffee in 20 seconds, no fuss, no mess..

Yah I will keep my Kuerig..

Best place to buy the coffee cups are Bed Bath and Beyond or Costco and get the 96 packs..

It comes out to about $0.67 cents a cup of coffee..

One that note, you can buy the cups ( called K-Cups ) right from Keurig, BestBuy, Safeway, WalMart and almost any place you can imagine..

My brother-in-law has a Keurig. He loves it. I bought him a reusable gizmo out off a catalog that replaces all those "cup" things.

They sell a filter called My K cup. You can put it in the machine, and fill it with any coffee you want. Just rinse and reuse. It is mDe by the Keurig company. I know it comes with the machines from Sams club.

I have one and I absolutely love it! Sometimes you just want a quick cup for yourself and bam, you have one. There's tons of flavors and you can also make tea or hot chocolate. My son is always making hot chocolate for himself with it. They have more expensive models now that you can vary the coffee strength and also make iced coffee. I just have the regular machine though but I may upgrade one day. Yes, the K-cups can be a little expensive but for me it's well worth it. Also, I purchase my K-cups at coffeeforless.com. It's free shipping over $45.00, the boxes are mostly 24 count vs the 18 count or less you get in the stores, so you save there. I still like my fresh pot or DD or Starbucks or Wawa coffee, but I use my Keurig all the time as well. Can you tell I like coffee...a lot? :D Here's the website for coffeeforless: http://www.coffeeforless.com/

I'm glad someone brought up the adapter b/c I was going to mention that. It's the only way I would have a Keurig. When I look at the variety packs of K-cups, not many of the flavors appeal to me. I'll stick to my Cuisinart that grinds my beans for me. <3 that coffee maker!!!

I bought my mom the knock off from Mr. Coffee (which is somehow also made from Keurig). She loves it. It's quick and easy, and she's the only one that drinks coffee (I use it to make hot chocolate and the like).

And yeah, like NukingFuts said--they make the "my K-cup" thing where you can buy and use whatever loose coffee you like and use that instead of the pre-packaged cups.

Have one and it's the best thing since sliced bread. Makes great coffee. Makes all others seem like drinking black water.

It's great
