My husband was out at the mines riding 4 wheelers today with some friends and 2 of his friends hit each other head on going about 55 miles per hour. An ambulace came and got them and took them to the ER where I work, so I called up there and they told me the guys were on the way there and they were both code blues.
I havent heard anything back yet. My husband went up to the ER. So keep yalls fingers crossed that these guys will be okay.

It was a 21 yr old and a 15 yr old and the 21 yr old was drinking and came around a corner too fast and hit the 15 yr old head on. While my husband called 911 he went over towards the 15 yr old and he was gurrgling for air.
The doctors say the 15 yr old will be lucky to make it. He has a brain bleed, punchered liver, broken ribs, broken jaw, is in a coma, and lots more.
The 21 yr old is conscious and not near as bad shape as the 15 yr old.

well like i said i hope both pull through. i dont know but i bet its not fun. my aunts brother had a similar accident but he hit something and got totally decapitated. his head totally left his body. sad. and when i was a kid this older kid in my elementry school had a brother and he went mountain biking and even had a helmet on a fell and hit his head and cracked his helmet and died. very sad. and my uncle had a motorcyle accident a while ago and was drunk and playing chicken and fell off the bike and hit his head on the curb. still lived and was fine after a while but it cought up with him and now he aint doing to good 5 years after the accident. thats why im against the no helmet law they have now. my uncle had a helmet on and this shit still happened.
my childhood friends parents had a motorcycle accident and her father was drinking and her mother was on the back. hit a pot hole just recently filled with lose gravle and fell off the bike and hit a telephone pole. her mom died and her dad after gotten out the hospital was taken to jail for the cause of her deather cause of him drinking.

and people wonder why i dont drink like a normal 23 year old. i try to get far away from my family history with the drink thing and drug use. fuck that shit. that shit aint ruining my life.

ill pray they pull through.

That's typical. The one that causes the accident who was drinking doesn't get hurt nearly as bad as the sober one.

I suppose that has to do with being intoxicated, that person is more relaxed when the accident happens.

I hope they pull through, and I hope the 21 year old gets charged out the ass for this.

Yeah, I know. You have to admit that it's simply ridiculous what these people go through just to have those few minutes of fun. It's just sooooo very tempting for irresponsible people like that to jeopardize their own safety for something that's completely unnecessary.

i will tell you right now...people don't judge...just because he did one stupid thing doesn't make him a complete waste of space....imagine how he feels knowing he put that boy's life in jeopardy...lessons are learned in many ways...some in an unfortunetly hard way...regardless we all make mistakes...before you judge somebody you don't know, hope for the boy's well being.

a friend of the friend had something similar happen, except some hunters setup up some wire as a boobytrap between a few trees and it was a bad combination.
