OK, so we didn't get shit from the hurricane, but my parents and a few of my friends from back home in Georgia have been dodging tornadoes that spawned from it. There were at least 5 tornadoes in the county in the first cell that went over, killing 1 already, and there were 3 more cells on the way. I was on the phone with my friend Scott earlier when a tornado touched down in a field across from his house. It was pretty far away but I could sure hear the winds blowing hard. He had already seen 2 that day, but they were way out in the distance, and not very big at all. Scared the junk out of me. I thought he was nuts for standing outside watching that shit.
