Don't "spill your heart". That will make you pretty vulnerable to her, and may give her the idea that she's "got it in the bag". Never wear your heart on your sleeve. Talk casually about it but don't get on one knee or do something over the top...it might make her uncomfortable. True, she may be waiting for you to make a move, but also consider that she might have other plans.

ok...well i have a problem with my boyfriend.
Well his family is forcing him to move out of state, i really like him, i think it might even be love, what do i do? do i stay with him or do i let him move on.
