im 6' 2 and im a bit scared at how thin i am. jo, alecia, jack and chelsea (wife, ex and 2 housemates) say its perfectly fine but im a bit worried at how i eat quite a bit but dont put on any weight. by quite a bit i mean my daily adverage for a man of age 28 and height 6' 2. i am quite built but that doesnt seem to change anythin.

I weigh 146.8 w/ my clothes on (at night time)! I guess thats what happens when you cant eat right. :( Just wanted to share that I am losing weight. :)

Good news for me. :)

I don't think you need to lose any weight, you are a great size, not anorexic like those extreme girls, and your still a healthy weight. Don't be so hard on yourself.

I'm 16 and weigh...what....170? But I'm pretty tall.

Actually Vs, if you go here and plug in your height/weight/age, you're pretty damn close to being medically on target.

Better Ideal Weight Body Calculations

Society and medical advice are two different opinions, for being 5'3" (which is 63") you should be between 107-141 pounds.

If you want to you can get yourself to lose another 10-15 pounds, but IMO you're perfect the way you are and you are so close to where medical professionals think you should be.
