I weigh 146.8 w/ my clothes on (at night time)! I guess thats what happens when you cant eat right. :( Just wanted to share that I am losing weight. :)

Good news for me. :)

wow v you dont look that size at all. you must be really tall or something! I thought you were like 120ish! you look great for being at that weight. Keep it up girl, you can do it, and we are all here supporting you!

Congrats on losing weight, but try to remain healthy in the process.

i don't know what i weigh as of the last 2 weeks. They took the scale away at the gym for some reason.

That's awesome! The lowest I got this year was 149. I'm currently 163. I need to start running and eating better again.

Um... you weigh 8 pounds more than I do. I'm about 138 right now. I'd say that is pretty damn good and you should just hold yourself there, for your health.

well 10 of my pounds are my boobs! LOL

Considering I havent worked out since all this has happened, I believe it is stress and not eating big meals that is causing me to lose the weight. I try to eat three times a day, but I am lucky if I get to eat 1/3 of my meal because I will get that full feeling.

Im eating regular food. Speg., sandwiches, ect. I had pizza yesterday, but I only ate 1/2 of the slice.

V i am in this boat lately. I have been soooo busy that I don't have the energy to cook or eat right. So I have been eating bad and only eating like once a day. Yesterday it was 2 pieces of pizza. Today it was green beans and yogurt. ugh i need to get back on a normal eating schedule.

I'm about 160. I'm 5'11 and I'm 20 years old. My BMI is 22.3 which is average, but I want to get back down to 150 which I was back in september. I will reach that goal this summer.

I'm 6'1, 202lbs and it calculates me at 26.7, but i'm no where near overweight with a low body fat %. This thing tells me my optimum wieght is 144-189 lbs, if this were teh case I would be a stick. The problem with BMI is that it fails to take into account atheletic or muscular people.
