just got some news this afternoon

that a friend of my ex and I, well actually one of the guys that was an usher in our wedding was killed lastnight in the flooding that has been going on here from all the rain. I wasnt really all that close to him he was a good friend of my exes, but I just wanted to tell you all, please dont try to drive on roads that are washed out from rain. Him and his wife tried and they ended up getting swept away and he got trapped in the car and drown. He had 3 kids that are now left to grow up without a daddy because of something that could have been so easily prevented.

You always have things far worse than we do here, with floods and hurricanes. I always think of you all even more when we get news over here that things are bad there for you.

Audra - I hope yr ex doesn't go out of his way to take things out on you. If he keeps calling you, maybe unplug yr phone and switch yr mobile off. You don't deserve that, no matter how upset he is. It is devastating, but you still can't have that done to you.
