Just came back from Doctor

Both kids are sick. Austin has pink eye... and Jacob has an upper resp. infection. Doc said that jacob looks like he may be getting pink eye as well, so he gave them both drops for their eyes plus a lot more meds. Needless to say, i called in for tonight. Its gonna be hell giving them eye drops.

Yeah, I always hated eye drops. That and shots. Just tell them it will only make it better.

well my oldest is autistic, so he freaks out about little things like this.. so i will have to fight him big time. Im probably gonna have to have nana and heather hold him down while I put them in. I hate giving him eye drops..

Jacob wont be that big of a problem though.

we went round one. I have to say, Austin is very very strong. I called daddy and told him we are gonna have to do round two when he gets home because I had a very hard time holding him down.

Try giving the eye drops when he is asleep. When they are sleeping, just pry open a corner of the eye and drop in some meds. It works like a charm as long as they sleep through it.
