Water dripping mercilessly against my window pane /
A never ending Sunday in Hell pouring torrential rain /
Sanity on the brink as I hear the clock tick /
Waiting for what tomorrow brings /
Thoughts heavy weighing like a sinking ship /
The monotony of the day wearing on my mind /

Tapping at the keys entranced in their melody /
Sucked into this vortex /

I hearing the splashing water as the cars speed by /
