BTW I'm doing super good on my diet. :D I've only had 1350 calories since yesterday!

Drink A LOT of water before eating, it'll trick your stomach into thinking you're fuller faster. Drink a lot of water after, try and occupy yourself during the day with other things where you know you won't be able to eat during that activity and get plenty of carbs.

Btw- i hope you dont mind me stating this- be wary about too much carbs. Those convert to sugar during metabolism and if in excess will be stored in our fat tissues. I love carbs and I have a difficult time taming myself sometimes. But too much can be a killer to your diet. Just sharing ;)

Speaking of diets, I'm going to try eating better. Slowly. When I was 13ish, I had some issues with eating. And every time since that I've tried to change my diet, It's gotten out of hand. But I feel ready now =]

Well, of course, you gotta eat the right kinds of carbs. You can't just eat whatever you want :) Brown rice, whole grains, etc, etc.
