Good on you that you have never been rude to her. My guess is that she likes you.

Sometimes it's good to be upfront. My advice...let her know that her talking too much is a bit disconcerting and perhaps if she could tone it down a bit. Not saying to be rude when letting her know but just that you're being upfront with her. Pick a time when there's a bit of privacy so she would not be embarrassed and try to put it across as gently as possible.
