Sorry it's late, everybody. With the new year comes a new outlook. Some of you may have made resolutions to start exercising more...well here's somewhere you can be held accountable!!!

Goal: 2000 minutes
Total so far: 150 minutes

1 - 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym

Goal: Lose 4lbs in January
School starts back on the 9th, which will seriously hamper my exercise goals, but I plan to work hard.

1- 25 minutes
2- 60 minutes
3- I plan 15-20 minutes tonight
